This downloadable set of Rules is a composite of those produced by the South Coast Battle Group and the Midwest Battle Group in 1997. BGCWI combined the two, making specific reference to those points that were not in common. Where reasonable, suggestions were made to assist in resolving the differences. It is current in the main points, and remains true to the core of the Rules concerning construction, armament, speed, and safety issues. A more current version will be posted here in the 1st quarter of 2000.

The Rules are available in two file versions. The Works version is formatted for an HP4 Laserjet printer with appropriate page breaks. If you have a different printer, you will need to adjust the page breaks. The Word file is an "imported" version of the Works file and, you will need to adjust the page breaks even if you have a Laserjet 4.

You will notice a small print section near the front of the package that outlines certain restrictions on distribution. They are mostly out of force since I am doing exactly what they prohibit. Feel free to distribute them, and study them. However, do not sell them for any amount other than what is required to recoupe prining costs.
