This is the beginning of the Photo Page. The first section is a series of shots taken of an H39 class German battleship. Other sections will be added over time.

H39 Study - Construction Details This series presents a few interesting points of this ship. Some of those are; the dense rib structure (2" and 1" spacing), aluminum coated superstructure (with zero radio interference) and possibly the sorld's logest propellor shaft system at 23" (center shaft).

Hull Repair - Skin Servicing This series of photos was generously supplied by Lee Dugan. It is a very good presentation of the art of hull patching using plugs of the "cookie-cutter" method, or large panel replacement.
